It’s official, we are back. Well, we never left to be honest.

The team at YakTrak have had a great break over the festive period: spending time with family, heading off on holidays near and far and taking in the summer vibe. I took time out to enjoy some family time and work on a few much-needed house maintenance projects, as well as helping to get my oldest son ready for his first day of high school.

In last year’s first post of the year, I wrote about 2022 being YakTrak’s biggest year yet – and it didn’t disappoint. I’m pumped to say that 2023 is shaping up to be even bigger. We have more trials on the go and more new clients onboarding over the next three months than ever before with some exciting brands joining YakTrak, including nib, IAG, and Westpac Group.

With new clients comes new ideas for new features and we’ll be working hard to turn those ideas into reality. Our community of clients and users will see the benefits of those collaborations and we will keep you updated as the changes occur.

A key focus for 2023 is to expand our reporting and insights capability. Watch out for new functionality providing users and clients with enhanced feedback and advice on how to improve in their role and to maximise business outcomes.
